Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) RECOVERY ALLIANCE PROJECT HOME PROGRAM is a highly effective approach to treating substance use disorders, specifically opioid use disorders. This type of therapy combines the use of FDA-approved medications like methadone and buprenorphine with behavioral health interventions such as counseling and peer recovery support services.

EMERGING ADULTS PROGRAM

Uniquely designed for people 18-25 years old, our program offers skill building, recovery groups and daily recovery support with recovery coaches and a recreational therapist to achieve employment or education goals. Daily groups address independent living skills and mental health.

RE-ENTRY PROGRAM

Assisting individuals transitioning from incarceration/detention back into the community become self-supporting, productive citizens, with the goal of reducing recidivism and improving public safety. The programs and services programs offered from Recovery Alliance to returning individuals should address their critical needs such as housing, employment, family unification, and treatment for substance use, mental, and physical health as necessary as well as Release Orders, Housing Assessment, Housing Transportation, medication, coordination with all systems for transition from jail to Community.

PREGNANT WOMEN: (La Mujer Sin Limite)

The 12-month program Will serve pregnant and parenting women with a past or current history of substance use disorder (SUD) and who otherwise lack affordable, safe, and stable housing.

Provide comprehensive per-based recovery support services focused on the domains of:

  • Housing
  • Pregnant and postpartum medical care
  • Behavioral health care and treatment
  • Nutrition
  • Childcare
  • Employment
  • Transportation
  • Criminal justice involvement at a minimum

All our program include; screening, assessment, referrals, placement and follow up for drugs treatment and other services to 18 years and older,  recovery Coaching, life skill groups, groups that provide education on the nature of substance use, 12 step etiquette , spiritual support, and peer recovery support services, provide opportunity to other Recovery PATHWAY, FREE Narcan and long term residential recovery program, Structured daily curriculum, introduction to 12-step & faith based programs, Social and recreational events, Texas certified peer support services meals provided 3 times daily, sober living include (up to 3 months) 1-on-1 peer services,
